12 months has no setup fee. Month to month has a one-time setup fee of one month's price.

Systems
Everything in Care, plus:
- Up to 10 apps, including our own tools
- An AI agent like Hermes or OpenClaw, set up for your business and kept current. You've heard of them; you don't want to babysit them. That's our job. You pay for your own AI use (your AI subscription, an API account, or a model that runs on your own computer), and we set that up with you.
- Your brand and voice written down with AI, so your landing pages, emails and ads sound like you (set up once, when you start)
- The tools and systems for running paid ads, set up for you. You pay for the ads, and it all runs on your own AI account.

Custom
Everything in Systems, plus we build exactly what you want: your own CRM, project manager or other tool that replaces software you rent today. We build it with AI, a person checks every step, and we look after it once it's running.
Custom is priced on what it takes to run (computing power, transactions and usage), not on how many apps you have.
Ask about CustomSame monthly price either way. Cancel any time. Leaving a 12-month plan early costs 3 months of the plan, or whatever is left of the year if that's less.

The plans list everything you can have, not everything you must use. If you already have tools you like, keep them. We'll look after what you have as well as we can, and we'll be with you every step of the way.
One honest limit: with rented software, like a hosted course platform or email service, some fixes can only be done by the company that makes it, because they have access we don't. When that happens, we'll tell you, help you talk to them and stay on it until it's sorted.
What counts as an app
Each big job your business runs counts as one app, even when several of them live inside one WordPress site. A website is one app. So is a store, a course platform, a membership or community, a CRM, email marketing, a support desk, or an automation tool like n8n (software that passes information between your other apps).
Ordinary plugins, the small add-ons for things like forms, SEO, caching and page builders, don't count.
Care covers the pieces listed on the Care card. Systems covers up to 10 apps. You'll see exactly what's covered when you sign up, before you pay.
If you grow past your plan
Costs above the plan go up in published steps, so your monthly bill stays predictable, and we tell you before anything changes.

Going over on email is fine. We don't make our money on email sending, so the plans include a lot of it. If you have 10,000 people on your list and email them four times a month, that's 40,000 sends, which fits inside Care.

You stay on your current plan. You don't have to change anything, and if one of the new plans suits you better, you can upgrade whenever you want.
Can you replace an app I rent today?
That's what Custom is for. Tell us which app it is and what you use it for, and we'll tell you whether building your own makes sense. If it doesn't, we'll say so.
Can I keep Google Workspace or Microsoft for email?
Yes. Keep them, and pay them as you do now. Or bring your inboxes over to us. There's no limit on the number of inboxes; they count toward your storage.
What does “help from a real person” mean?
It works like a retainer. It's there when you need it, for questions, changes and fixes, and it isn't an extra line to budget for. Routine upkeep doesn't use it. If a request would go past what your plan includes, we tell you first and quote a fixed price for that job. Nothing extra starts without your yes.
What happens if I leave?
Everything we build is yours to keep, even if you leave. You're not locked in. If you use one of our own tools, like our course platform, you keep your data and a working copy you can keep running, but updates stop when you leave.
Do you move my existing site and tools?
Yes, for free. Before we touch anything, we take a full backup and scan for malware. We fix what needs fixing, then move it.
Do you run my ads?
We set up the systems that run them. On Systems, we help you design AI tools that find your ideal customers, then build the landing pages, emails and ads that reach them, all in your voice. It's built to bring you more leads and turn more of them into sales. You pay for the ads, decide what runs, and it all runs on your own AI account.
Who pays for the AI?
You do, directly, through your own AI subscription or account. We set it up with you and keep the agent current. A person checks every step.
Is my site secure?
It's watched, patched and backed up. Every site is scanned for malware daily and backed up nightly. If a security problem happens on our watch, we fix it.
How do I pay?
Online, when you sign up. Pay by card or bank transfer. Credit cards have a 2.9% card fee where the law allows it. Debit cards and bank transfer (ACH) have no fee.
Can I use this for a personal or hobby site?
No. Our care agreement is for businesses only.
I'd rather learn to do this myself.
